Do you see your custom rules are getting picked?

You need to add a custom file and apply the rewrite. This rewrite will force all the URLs to lower case so if your file has JPG it will be converted into jpg and requested from publish. Thanks!

do you see any error in the log when you try to terminate?If there are no error, try to restart the instance and then terminate. Also moniter the log while restarting to see if there are any glitches. Thanks!
