are you talking about Adobe Launch ?  Check _satellite object especially buildInfo details as well as environment details.  Did you not deploy non-production adobe launch endpoint to production website ?

Did you add Bearer before the access token ?  Also did you try to use Postman first to make sure you can access the api? Does your technical account has the correct rights in adobe analytics to query things?

Why is instance not working ? If you apply the evar instance metric and not Occurences (which is different) it should return you data only when eVar value was physically set in the analytics hit
