We are experiencing problems with variable assignments. When attempting to assign a variable prop2 to a data element, there is a conflict with other variables that start with 2 like prop22. Usually the behavior is that whatever is assigned to the higher variable gets reassigned to the lower, but the end result is that both can't be used at the same time. Our work around has been to not use variables for props and eVars between 1-9 so they don't conflict with larger numbered assignments. Is there ...

One thing that we have discovered is that there seems to be a difference in the availability of the s object if we use appMeasurement versus H.26 s_code.The workaround has been one of two things:1. Re-instantiate the appMeasurement object in the Managed Code section, then set the report suite again in the Customize Page Code area of the Adobe Analytics Tool Settings, and put it into an s variable. 2. Use H.26 instead of appMeasurementRegardless of how we approach this problem, the s object just ...

When I fire a Direct Call Rule, the s object isn't available. Even if I try to access it via window.s it isn't available.I understand that the s object is available in the custom page code that runs in the tool just prior to sending the page c...

We are having a problem with multiple page load rules that have custom code not playing well together. There are no errors that show up, the rules just simply fail to fire. When other rules are turned off and the number of rules is lower, they work fine. Also, occasionally, this has been solved by changing the name of one of the page load rules. I believe this may have caused the rules to load in a different order. While this solution has worked for a few of the problems, it doesn't solve all of ...
