Hi nithyanandhanm47835011 ,For the schema attribute under "queryDef", you don't need to have "urn" included there too. This should allow your soap call to work "schema="nms:recipient">"So your full Soap Call: admin/neolane Thanks,Donald

Hi Pranav,There is the logins.log file that logs information such as the IP a user connected from, their operator name & whether the login failed or was successful. The file is located on the server in the folder: \var\.hope this helps. Thanks,Donald

Hi Cagdas,If you put this in your browser what is the result you see https://ac522.adobedemo.com/r/test ? Can you provide an example of a link in your email that you clicked? (so copy the url in the email itself)Tracking is updated to the trackingLogs every hour by a Technical workflow labelled tracking. Now you can run this manually at anytime to get it earlier. Did you try this?

Hi jyotiyadav3‌, In the Data Extracton (file) workflow object under the file name field you would have provided a file name (for example ".txt") and also setup the fields to be extracted using the "Edit the file format" link right under this. Now upon running this, the extraction is done directly to a dedicated folder on the server. The path to this for example on a windows server installation is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Campaign v6\var\\export". The quivalent on a Linux server would b...
