Saket, Thanks for making me revisit that post.I had made sure that the Global security was not required, but the certification option had also needed to be "Supported" not required.

We have a new installation of AEM Forms 6.1 / WAS 8.5 / DB2/ Windows 2k12 - it appears that the native forms service particularly is not firing up. initially found through a SOAP calling hitting a short lived process. Later confirmed using FormsIVS. Doesn't seem to be related to CORBA or missing lib...
