Re: AEM Forms submit to HBase mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Hi Patrick,I am not sure if anyone is using HBase specifically as their data store. IMO essentially what you can leverage is the client SDK which Hbase provides which is available for languages like java, scala etc and integrate the same with AEM. You can write a custom submit action which would make a connection to HBase the write the payload there. If you want to make the solution more generic, you can create a bundle for CRUD operations for a given Hbase table. The submit action invokes some ...

Re: Can we call any function on panel's add(plus symbol) ,delete(minus symbol) buttons? mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
The + and - button are not present as AF component and are part of layout so they are not configurable by default. You can customize accordion layout for which you add button in the layout and write click script for updating the drop-down. Alternatively you can use any other layout and drop buttons and add the scriptthis.panel.instanceManager.addInstance();in the click expression for simulating + button and this.panel.instanceManger.removeInstance()to simulate - button.

Re: Validating form fields with regular expression mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
'text{OOOOOOOO'@example.com'} The above would work if and only if you write an 8 character string and nothing else. This special regex (its not exactly regex) is part of XFA spec and you can study about googling XFA spec. I can suggest a simple way that is to write a validation expression that returns true or false if you want validations for the field.

Re: Adaptive Form using sightly mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Currently, it will be a bit complicated for you. Are you planning to re-write all the forms components and layouts you would use to sightly ? I would advice you to include this piece of code in a jsp and then include it via https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/sightly-spec/blob/master/SPECIFICATION.md#228-include I can also help with what this tag does and internals but I am positive it wont be necessary.

Store content due to obvious security reason is not allowed to anonymous user. You must be trying to submit to store content anonymously.

Re: AEM Form submission Email Action mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Yes you can use email PDF submit action https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/configuring-submit-actions.html#Configuring%20the%20Email%20PDF%20action%20submit%20action. If you want to create a template and have some data and put complete data in PDF, you can write a custom action like https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6/configuring-submit-actions.html

Re: Mapping XSD elements to custom form components mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Yes you can achieve this by simply do it by dragging dropping you custom component from side kick and then giving correct bindRef (for putting bindRef - open the edit dialog of the component , navigate to the script tab) to the component just dropped.bindRef for element/attribute can be seen by double clicking the element/attribute in the data model hierarchy. Just copy paste the same in the bindRef field of the edit dialog.

Session userSession = slingRequest.getResourceResolver().adaptTo(Session.class);String userId = userSession.getUserID();You can do many othre things like getting userManager , authorizable etc once you have the session. You can set a flag in JS and based on that flag write visibility expression on that field

Let me ask a few basic questions first. Are you able to access you page when you hit the apache port ?If you are not using dispacher but trying a web server (apache in your case). This looks to me a very common configuration problem. Can you try the first few links mentioned in https://www.google.co.in/search?q=ap_proxy_connect_backend+disabling+worker+for&oq=ap_proxy_connect_backend+disabling+worker+for&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8 Let me know if you still face the issue...

Re: How to assign adaptive form to other users mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
I can say for sure that it would work with LC. For achieving the same via AEM workflow, you would need to write a lot of custom code. My re-commendation is to go with LC.

Re: Is it possible to incorporate human voice into the Adaptive Form? mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Things like Voice-over should suffice you use case. Adaptive Forms are designed in such a way that they are very accessible. As far as I can comprehend this documentation talks about accessibility only which should work OOTB with Adaptive Forms on devices such as ipad.

Re: Multilingual support in AEM forms mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Can you share what you did (code snippet and all ?). Till AEM 6.1 release , OOTB the form would only render in the order of the browser locale order."But changing the browser locale is not recommened "Why so? I mean your users would be actually using different browser locales, right ?Also in 6.1 release we have added the capability of taking a query parameter and rendering in locale based on that parameter (afAcceptLang is name of that parameter).

Re: Creating multifield from Adaptive form textbox mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
Can you please try using a repeatable panel with max occurrences set to some high value. That panel should contain your field. If you use accordion layout for the panel, you would get '+' button by default. So the node structure would be a panel having one children.

Re: First time with forms mandeepg6805152 - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
1. The submit payload has a dataXml payload which is a xml containing all submitted fields. For bound fields (xfa/xsd), the data xml would adhere to schema. Non bound fields are kept in flat hierarchy in value format (implies name be unique for non bounded fields)2. When you create an AF, there are two nodes created. One is AF (cq page) under /content/form/af , other is kind of book keeping nodes (for forms's meta data) created at /content/dam/formsanddocuments. You don't have to create a cq page...
