  • Hi, Our Marketing & Communications team uses fields with conditional logic in custom forms to specify which division and department a project is for. Our users elect the division first, then the list of choices for department is shown. I've attached a screenshot to illustrate a couple of different e...

  • Hi, Apologies for this basic question but I'm having trouble finding info on this in Help documentation and these forums... One of the schools in our university recently underwent a name change, going from School of Professional Studies to School of Leadership Studies. We have custom forms that all...

  • Hi, We recently implemented SAML 2.0 Single Sign On (SSO) for our Workfront instance. This has been great for allowing people in of our organization to submit requests to our various queues without having to set each one up ahead of time. However, I recently noticed that a Home Group (which, for us,...

  • My organization is in a similar situation to Allison's. My team has discussed using Slack but we are a Microsoft-centric organization overall. The Workfront integration has rekindled our interest in trying Slack to aid team (and now Workfront!) communications, so we plan to investigate more. It woul...

  • Hi, Adina. I'd love to see the deck too, if you'd be willing to share. Our organization would love to see how we could use Workfront to manage edotorial calendars. Ok if I email you, too?

  • Hi Keri, Not that I'm aware of. This has been an roadblock to adoption for some on our marketing & communications team who deal with sensitive PR issues. During our onboarding process, our consultant told there was not really a way to have private comments since those with System Administrator a...

  • No worries, Shelly. I can totally relate. :-) We'll plan to manually recreate the Issues and then delete the corresponding Tasks, since there doesn't seem to be a better way to convert Task --> Issue. - Kurt

  • Thanks for the reply, Shelly. However, we are not wanting to convert a Task to a Project. Rather, we want to convert a Task to an Issue . The Task Actions drop down doesn't have an option for that and we have not been able to figure out another way to do it. My hunch is it's not possible to co...

  • Hi, I think the answer to this is "no" but is there any way to convert a Task to an Issue? (This is for Tasks that were *not* originally submitted as requests/issues and thus do not have a "This Resolves" connection to an issue in the Taks Details.) We have a number of Tasks that should have b...
