  • Just to make sure I understand it correctly, you are calling the function rb_addurlprm on button click which in turn calls s_code to fire image request. However, this is not working currently. Am I correct?Can you share the URL where this functionality is implemented?

  • Parmjeet,Rule Builder classification works on key values and not with associated classifications. The best approach would be to download the unclassified key values using classification importer and upload classifications via SAINT. Hope that helps. RegardsKhurshid

  • Thanks for the information. I was able to reproduce the issue. Looks like hourly Alerts do not respect metric values. Please create an incident with ClientCare so that we can further dig into the issue. ThanksKhurshid
