Hi,I figured it out.  I'm using LC ES2.5 and I had to select the event picker from icon menu and then select RMDocumentEvent and then configure it to be the starting point.This post help me out alot.Thanks,s_stuff

I'm having the same problem.  I have 2 LCES2 environments and only the one behind the firewall (with no internet access and Symantec running) has this problem.  Has Adobe provided a solution or recommendation?
