I think there needs to be a delineation between actual proofing comments vs selecting a document in the document folders and commenting on it / updates about it.

Agree, would really like to be able to drag/drop a document and see it attach/appear in line with a comment/update etc. And then it should auto-magically place the doc in docs folder. I know you can conversely add comments directly to a doc you upload, but for some reason those comments don't bubble...
