Very much appreciated. I spent at least 20 minutes searching Experience League for this exact answer, and turned up zero results, and I am not surprised in the least that you were able to send me this page. It happens all the time. Adobe hides their reference pages in plain sight, and I can't find it when I need it most. This is how we have each other's backs. I knew about the 'Delivered To' column for active reports, so it makes sense for the way they have it for expired reports as well. Thanks...

I have a two-point question:Has anyone been able to successfully restore a scheduled Adobe Analytics Workspace project that has expired. Is there any way to determine the list of individuals the project went out to after that project expired, particularly if you were not the author of that project? Thanks in advance!

@rajesh1991 - To @yuhuisg's point, yes, AA has a built-in Bounce Rate, but that's why I also mentioned @Andrey_Osadchuk's tutorials on Bounce Rate. There's a difference between the out-of-the-box bounce rate and a Single Page Visit bounce rate that you'll want to review.

Here's the thing about "0." Sometimes the value that's being displayed as zero may be a value that is actually less than zero, but it's not being displayed because it's being rounded UP.However, I also see Bounce Rate as one of your Success Metrics, and like @PratheepArunRaj said, that's why you're seeing zero results as well.

@JohnRog Meanwhile, I know I've blurred out a lot here, but hopefully this gets the point across, because it has to do with how segmentation and specific variables behave, particularly when you break down variables. The first variable is a navigation variable, and I am breaking it down by a success dimension, and then I'm showing the Unique Visitors in one column and the success metric for the first eVar in the second column and the breakdown evar's metric is in the THIRD column. You'll notice I...

@JohnRog,When you are initially creating a question or if you EDIT a comment, you should see the camera icon, which allows you to insert images. You can also copy and paste an image directly into a question, just like I have done here:Clicking on the pasted image should then give you handles to further control the properties of the image and go from there. However, please make sure to edit any fields on your side that would need to be obfuscated to protect the privacy of your company's data.

@trochira To answer your question about the processing rule, yes, you are correct about answer A, because you are using an eventID. That eventID can only be used ONCE, and nothing else can be done with it ever again, which is how Adobe maintains the uniqueness of its value. We actually ran into this when we found out that orders were accidentally going through with duplicate IDs when we were first learning how to do eComm. Does this get to the heart of your issue?

Hi @hansenedr!The company I work for already does this, and depending on how organized you are, you can do it how either @Andrey_Osadchuk or @mikeetiuPH suggested.I can already tell you I am using a segment at the HIT level that gets everything that I need because the pages all start with a base-level name. If you're already using page naming conventions that work in your favor to use either of these approaches, you should be in good shape! Otherwise, you may have a little pre-work ahead of you....

@HemanginiS is correct. When you get into Adobe's documentation for Mobile specifically, they explain that, "Event serialization is not supported by processing rules."https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/mobile-services/ios/analytics-ios/event-serialization.html?lang=en#analytics-ios They make digging for this info a bit fun, but it's there. 😉More on Event Serialization

Hi @JohnRog,An output in your data the way you describe it would likely not have to do with the implementation itself. Are you observing these zeroes at the base levels of your report or in breakouts?Being a visual person, if you could just provide couple of visuals of what you're encountering, it would be very helpful, even if you have to blur out some headings to protect your data. Thanks!

@Kanno_Kuramoto,Honestly, it really all comes down to how granular you want to have your components in your report. However, having a date range in a segment also makes it immediately handy. For instance, say you have it set to last week. Regardless of the date range set in your report, the segment you just used just applied an automatic date range along with an additional filter without you flipping any additional filters. You can think of segments as your utility belt of shortcuts. In Adobe An...

Hi @RYJones,@Andrey_Osadchuk has provided the approach for the most part, but something that makes this easiest is when you copy the permissions of an existing permission group to create your new group. The beauty of this is you can also break out these groups at different permission levels for your reports - power users vs. just those you want just reading the reports. Overall, using this approach will make your job a lot easier. The only people you will NOT be able to easily put into these gro...

Hey, I know this is marked as delivered, but only as what I would consider a version 0.1. Is there an expectation for a version 1 might be delivered? This would be functionality similar to what we can do right here in Experience League (i.e., simply upload an image or copy/paste right into this interface. Thanks in advance!

Hi dinesh_b_kumar_, if you want to have a pure funnel, you may want to start serializing from the time your Customer opens their cart (scOpen). At that time is when you would establish your cartID.For example:s.events = "scOpen:{cartID}";You could then call the cartID each time the user progresses through the funnel:viewCartscCheckoutpurchaseTo answer your question, when you fire scCheckout, it would then look like this:s.events = "scCheckout:{cartID}";I would NOT recommend serializing scAdd, be...

Hi @dinesh_kumar_r ,From what it sounds like, your best bet would be to SERIALIZE the event. Our team has done this before where we serialized using a Cart ID and by doing this, the Checkout step only gets fired ONCE per purchase. Does that sound like a solution for your business problem?

This is definitely one of the more efficient ways to do it, AND if it's something you need to regularly share with the team, you can also set up scheduling right inside the Excel tool to deliver a PDF to their email, just like in Adobe Analytics.

Hi @roshang! Honestly, the easiest way to do this reliably is to just build a segment at the hit level for the pages you want to filter. Explicitly dragging them in, as @yuhuisg suggests, will also do the same thing, but having one or more segments you can simply update and drag into your report will also make things easier to manage.

@dinesh_kumar_r - The output you're displaying is making me question the implementation of that variable in the actual call. You're saying it's a traditional eVar, but like @HemanginiS, my instincts would tell me it's been implemented as a Merchandising variable. Both details will help understand the problem, but the link @HemanginiS is a good reference point.

@DebbyNPL - Aside from validating the search engine detection in your Marketing Channel Classification rules with Adobe, you could always use a rule to identify the Referring Root DomainAnd then set the value to the Referring domain.Hope you're able to get this figured out either way. Best of luck!

Not a bad approach. It's similar to others I've considered. Sounds like an opportunity for a tweak/improvement in Adobe Analytics to provide the ability to filter these results and also understand where they're coming from. I may submit this as an idea.

@panj75843567 ,As I have always seen it, the Visitor container as the largest of the three (Hit/Visit/Visitor) and would carry beyond a single visit, which would invalidate your segment. Perhaps I am misunderstanding, which means my answer could be wrong, but would you not want to keep your overarching container set to VISIT to measure the Unique Visitors falling out of your funnel? I may also be oversimplifying, but that is my two cents.

@johannesw114391 Since I am unable to see the full order of your Marketing Channel layout, I cannot completely prescribe what issue may be happening. Remember that Marketing Channel rules are executed in the order they appear, which means something else could be affecting your outcome. Also, just a reminder that anything you review must be as of the date you implemented your rules, because they are not retroactive like Classification rules. I'm just covering my bases here, because I don't like m...
