Are you documents present in AEM? If yes, I guess you wont have space in url as they will get replced by hypen '-'You are you showing just document name  or make hyper links on them? let me know...

I took a quick look with objects on console in AEM 6.1It shows name of field as  0_destNameSo this should workvar c = form.findField("0_destName").getValue();

Can you tell when or in which event you are trying to get the value for the field?

You need to start aem in nosamplecontent run modeUse below commandjava -server -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Xmx1024M -jar cq-publish-p4503.jar -r publish, nosamplecontent

Have you changed anything in init.jsp file?Which AEM version you are using?

Before uploading change .zip to .txt and then uploadChange jcr:title value from echo to Echo (first letter caps) , it should work
