Hi @krishnasw, unfortunately, we cannot guide you through the steps to use Service Now's integration. We recommend that you reach out to them to get an answer. 

We recommend you contact the vendor (Ivanti) to ask them when they'll support OAuth Server-to-Server credentials. Adobe cannot do much more to help.  Also, read our documentation on migrating vendor applications.ThanksManik

Hello, could you specify which of your integration or application uses the Service Account (JWT) credential? Without this information we are unable to guide you.

Hi @krishna_garikapati , yes, this is working as designed. Auto-generated projects are managed by Adobe, and customers cannot edit/delete them.
