Exactly! Workfront is such a significant financial investment to begin with, it's completely unacceptable to require an additional spend for any part of the online training. We have been a customer for 11 years and are accustomed to all of the learning paths being part of our investment.

We use dashboards for some of the same reasons others have mentioned, but we also use it to help us manage activity in request queues. Being able to see new items in multiple queues all in one place is extremely helpful for our PMs. Barb Pilarski
