I had same issue. I updated AEM minify config to use gcc instead of yui and it workedi.e1. go to /system/console/configMgr2. find Adobe Granite HTML Library Manager and open the config3. update the value of JS Processor Default Configs to min:gcc and save the config

Hi @girishb83316758  Beside the var folder you also need the nodes related to that workflow under /conf/global/settings/workflow/models/YOURWORKFLOWCan you confirm do you have  models nodes also in your workflow package?

@supriya-hande  Can you also enable debug logs at Day CQ mail Service ? To enable debug logs, please browse to yourinstanceURL//system/console/configMgrFind Day CQ Mail Service and enable Debug Log checkbox Share the debug log, that may will provide a clue

It looks like permissions issue. Did you try to login as admin user ?
