Hi Venu,Thanks for that link, but it only describes the 1-1 and 1-N
icons, which I mention in my original question are the more common ones
and therefore, everyone knows what they mean. I'm looking for a full
list of all the different icons, as David Garcia provided in an earlier
response. As you can see, there are other icons that exist, like the grey
1-1 icon, and I can't find any description of what they mean. I get
asked this question by learners all the time so I'm hoping someone has
I'm looking for a description of each of the different icons that are
used for representing the links between schemas. There is nothing in the
Campaign Classic documentation that describes what the links represent.
There is of course the 2 most obvious ones, which are the blue
one-to-one link and the orange one-to-many link, but there are others
that are less common. For example a grey link that looks like the
one-to-one link, the blue and orange one-to-many link. Is there
information somewhere ...
I would start by investigating the mailer-daemon notice that was sent.
Did it not give a reason for why it couldn't deliver the email? There
may be information provided in the notice that might indicate why the
email wasn't delivered.
The tracking logs are generated by the built-in Tracking Technical
workflow. The scheduler that triggers the execution of the workflow is
configured to trigger every hour. If you want to change that
configuration, you need to update the scheduler activity (see
screenshot). I'm not sure why you are experiencing issues with the
tracking logs not triggering. If you don't want to change the schedule,
you can also manually trigger the scheduler by right-clicking on the
scheduler activity and selectin...
The tracking events are only generated once an hour. If you were
verifying the tracking logs immediately after sending the deliveries,
that would explain why there were no entries generated yet. Have you
reviewed the tracking logs since? Do you now see entries?
