I highly suspect Apple is going to require iPhone screenshots.

+1 to this as we also publish the same content sometimes on our existing apps.We use the Share Folio feature along with the ability to copy a folio in the receiving account to quickly publish the same content on multiple apps.

Th fact that it won't launch and based on the screenshots, it looks like your device is not provisioned.
