Sorry, not only was my pathing incorrect, but I should have mentioned, you'll have to ensure you have "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" enabled to locate AppData. Correct pathing as follows:C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Local/Adobe/Designer

THANK YOU. i lots MANY hours uninstalling and reinstalling and this post in all likelyhood stopped me from going absolutely insane. I was losing my mind...For those on Window7, the "Designer" folder is located here:C:/Users/[username]/AppData/Adobe/DesignerDeleting this folder save my sanity...
