I created a form several months ago in LiveCycle ES4. Have no issues
with users filling in the form, hitting the submit button and sending a
completed form. I now have several users in the organization that are
using Acrobat DC and are unable to send or save the form with any
data. This is very serious for us as we have many many form that were
created in LC ES4... Any ideas???
I have created a form, in LiveCycle ES4, that I am distributing to our
organization. We are trying to use the output file which is an XML file.
Is there a way to change the output file to a PDF?? Any advice,
assistance, suggestions or otherwise would be great! We are trying to use
the pdf to send to a repository location and yet be "readable" at a
later date by corporate compliance officers.
I have created a form for distribution, however I want the know if the
output file can be changed from an HTML to a PDF? this is the file that
is stored as the "Responses" file. I need to be able to export or move
the completed form to a repository for long term storage and accessible
by several VP's in the organization. Any ideas?
I have created a company policy in a form format that employees must
complete and submit, as a pdf, to a network folder for futher review. I
have creted the submit button with a network folder address, but I am
getting an error (Acrobat does not allow connection to:
http:\\server\parent folder\child\small child\). Any ideas??? I am on a
very short time frame as the VP of compliance wants this to happen
yesterday... (UGH!!)thank you in advance to any and all help!!
I have created a 4 page form with a customized submit button on page 4.
the button merely adds to the subject line and msg body along with a
specified email address. I need the form to lock, except for the last
page. The fourth page needs to be able to change or add additional data.
Is there a way without using the signature field for me to lock the
I have created a form that I would like to pull in data from a document
repository. There are fields that are collected from a barcode
coversheet and we would like some of that info pulled into a form, when
asked. Not even sure if this is possible....
I have a form that I have created in LiveCycle with a submit button to
have the completed form emailed to a specific person. I have it set up
with a message in the body of the email, but I am looking to add an
additional message based on the results of one of the fields in the
form....is this possible without major script writing?I am not a
programmer, but willing to learn some script.
I have not been able to get it to work. First of all I do not have sub
forms, just drop down fields and fill-in fields. The form the Magus069
sent me is very extensive for someone at my level of programming. I went
through it and tried to create my own based on the script, but have not
been successful at all.I understand the above language and formulas, but
unfortunately I do not have subforms. I have tried to manipulate the
above script, but once again I am not having luck. Thank you both very
S. Grootendorst and Magus069Thank you for both of your replies. I
finally have been able to download the file. (sorry, we're not using
crome yet).I will be taking some time to go through the form and the
code with it. I think you all for you help and hope to post back soon
that all is great and that I have 'mastered it all' HAHAHAthanks again
