Thank you Bob, the second hyperlink option seems to be working now.
Oddly enough, it only works using preflight on an iPad. When testing
with preflight on an Android phone the links still report "download
failed" This is after clearing the application data and cache on the
android to force a fresh download of the changes. I appreciate you
guiding me in the right direction.
I am struggling to fit an existing muse project into aem mobile. This
particular project is a 29 pages total with each page linking to 3
additional pages. Each of those 3 pages will link to another 3 pages
until the end of the site is reached. The idea is a choose your own path
storybook type app, so that each page gives you 3 options (paths) to
choose from and selecting any of those options presents a new page with
yet another 3 options.I understand the process to get each page into an
Hi Christophe, After clearing the cache all projects loaded as expected.
Thanks for the workaround! If it helps with your troubleshooting I am on
a Verizon Samsung Galaxy s5 sm-g900v running Android 5.0.
Thank you, I will give that a shot. The changes that I made on the
morning of the 16th finally appeared in my preflight app yesterday
afternoon without any further intervention from me. I will try clearing
the cache on my device between updates.
Thank you for taking time to test. I am indeed on the latest release of
the AEM app. I am sure the issue I am having results from my lack of
experience with the product. For example, I have a simple project that I
have created that consist of one article content file with the default
collection containing that article. The content file is a single page
html from Muse that was converted to article format. When launching the
project in preflight it loads as expected displaying the article page.
Is anyone else seeing substantial lag time between after making a change
(replacing an article with updated file etc) and seeing the update
appear in the preflight android app? I am remembering to click the
pre-flight button for the project after making changes.
Thank you lolipoptrash. I am new to this, but starting to gain some
understanding. It seems that Muse is a great tool if I want to design
content from the ground up with DPS in mind, but it's not a magic tool
to seamlessly port an existing web project into App format.I worked
through the quick start guide provided by Adobe and successfully built
the WeHealth app using their provided content. If anyone can suggest
other resources to better understand DPS/AemMobile capabilities I am
willing to lea...
Hello all, I recently changed careers which is allowing me the privilege
to work more with Adobe CC 2015 and DPS. I am brand new to DPS with no
prior experience. My first assignment is to familiarize myself with DPS
by assisting a student who has created a website in muse and would like
to get the site uploaded to AEM Mobile Preflight before possibly
publishing to Apple/Android. The website consist of about 25 pages,
which each page giving 3 options that will take you to another page
