I am having an issue with all of our videos getting image renditions saved into AEM with a jcr:primaryType of sling:orderedFolder (and sling:resourceType cq/dam/custom-renditions). Other types of image renditions have a jcr:primaryType of nt:file. Because the video image renditions are a sling folder, they do not display correctly (sometimes see a folder icon when the rendition is selected to be used somewhere in AEM). Is there a bug fix for this? or is there a way to customize the jcr:primaryTy...

I reviewed that document (Using Dispatcher with Multiple Domains) prior to posting and all of the examples showed mappings where they assumed each domain had its own node under /content./content/globalsite/us/en /content/globalsite/mx/es/content/globalsite/br/es/content/canadasite/ca/en/content/germanysite/de/deIs it possible to use multiple vhost and farm configurations at the dispatcher level to get the node structure I am trying to get? It's not clear from the documentation that this is possi...

I've read the many articles and discussion topics about mapping multiple domains but I haven't found a discussion that explicitly addresses my use case, which I think would be fairly common so I'm going to bring it up.I have a global site that's been localized and translated into various languages. Some places in the world want / need to use a different domain. I'd like to set up my content repository like this:/content/globalsite/us/en -->www.globalsite.com/us/en/content/globalsite/mx/es -->www...

I would be really interested in seeing a tutorial showing how to set up the workflow to read tags on CFs and XFs and then apply those tags to the pages that use the fragment. That would be really helpful!

Thanks for those answers, they do reflect my understanding of how tags have worked in AEM over the years. What's changed though is the introduction of CFs and XFs which now allow content authors to reuse an article across multiple AEM websites, multiple non-AEM websites (when AEM is used as a hybrid/headless CMS) and mobile apps. I have noticed that if you call the HTML of an XF (point your browser to the publisher location of an XF) that you do get a fully formed HTML page with all of the XFs c...

Deepika, Experience Fragments are part of Adobe Experience Manager and seem to be different from the new feature in Campaign called Fragments. AEM also has something called Content Fragments which lives in Assets. It would be nice if AEM let us create an experience fragment using an email experience fragment template and then be able to use that EF with Campaign. It would also be nice if the content fragments stored in Assets were interchangeable with the Campaign fragments. I don't think either ...

Our organization has a lot of reusable content where it makes sense for us to shift our content strategy to compose our pages with content fragments and experience fragments. Tagging looks like it is going to be an issue though because the tags on a CF or an XF won't get automatically added to the final pages the content shows up. In fact, it looks like authors may need to tag the content multiple times at the CF, XF and page level.Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a way to solv...

Has this answer changed with AEM 6.3 SP1? Some of the Solutions Integration documentation for 6.3 indicates that at.js can now be chosen as an option, but the documentation for "Developing for Targeted Content" only refers to mbox.js. Shouldn't that page be updated to reflect how to develop for at.js?Developing for Targeted Content
