Hi @RajaShankar  Noting my observation here.There is a post that talks about decommissioning of repo.adobe.com. I have not been able to access repo.adobe.com recently too.. We might find the artifacts in maven central repository now.But @Jörg_Hoh or @kautuk_sahni should be able to confirm.

Do you have any other servlets that use the /bin based servlet resolutions and are working?

@ana_belen_cano_ 503 service unathorized error may indicate a corrupt instance. However if possible can you also try to switch to java 8 and see if same issue exists?
