Will it work ? I am not using AEM as a Cloud Service.My AEM is hosted on AMS

I have a graphQL endpoint on our AMS environment.I want to set-up authentication on GraphQL endpoint before sharing it with third-party Apps.I am using AEM 6.5.10 version.

Restart AEM and then check

I am using AEM 6.2 SPI author. I can see  'Number of Session Logins and Number of Active Sessions'  from the interface /libs/granite/operations/content/monitoring/page.html .Can you please explain -   'Session Logins' and  'Active Sessions' ?
