Hi @rahult_raghunandanan, Thank you for your question. We don't have a way to default the audience (of a given workspace) to a specific audience. However, using our "host" and "environments" features, you are able to classify which domains or subdomains are associated with a given environment. Then when you launch an activity, traffic from pre-prod environments does not muddy the results of the test. You can also use the "properties" feature to be very specific about where a user is able to push...

Hi @strrjms, I appreciate your question. We have a great article on basing recommendations on a recommendation key for custom criteria: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/criteria/base-the-recommendation-on-a-recommendation-key.html?lang=en#custom. In short, you can pass in basically any alpha-numeric key and then just make sure that that key is in the first row of the custom algorithm csv. I also like to add the key to the "excluded" list to make sure it never ...

Hi @selvasj, I am sorry to hear that you are facing challenges. There were some recent changes to chrome that ignores cookies set by the page loaded inside the VEC iframe because the domain is different than the domain of the VEC itself (unless those cookies have the SameSite=None attribute). The way to address this is to use the VEC Helper Extension If you run into other issues, I really like articles that are linked in this VEC troubleshooting overview: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/...

Hi Chris, unfortunately, at this time the "Recommended for You" criteria does not directly consider additional information such as brand. However, you still can apply inclusion rules to constrain the result set to match items based on attributes in the profile, including something such as "favorite brand." For more information on what the algorithm does directly consider, check out this great blog post authored by my colleague Rob Hornick. I really appreciate the question and love hearing about ...

Hello Christopher, thank you for your question! Support for Target.triggerView functions in the Form-based composer is on our radar but not yet on our roadmap. However, we do natively support SPA in the Visual Experience Composer today (when using at.js 2.X). We are also working on rolling out SPA VEC support for the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK.

In general, clearing cache and cookies is obviously not an ideal pre-requisite to having updated functionality work. I will connect with Engineering to see if there is anything we could do differently in the future to avoid such situations. Thank you for the feedback bkmills1 and russpainter!
