Can you post your code for DistanceImpl?

We experienced similar issues with the same version of AEM after doing a migration and decided not to continue.  We then did the same with AEM 6.1 and the latest hot fixes and the issue no longer exists.I don't know if upgrading to 6.1 is an option, but i think it would be worth looking at.

The response.status in your log is showing the result as a 200, which to me says that the response code isn't being set correctly in the servlet.Could you possibly provide your code so we can better help you?
