I just played around with a few different ways of creating calculated metrics and also played around in the report suite admin tools and wasn't able to find anything resolution here. My guess is that the content of the menus is built on login.

MJ_1963, Did these problems persist over the weekend? There may have been some issues related to the Analytics 1.4 upgrade that happened late last week, but if the issues you encountered are continuing, you may consider opening a ticket with Customer Care. I know of one customer who has been encountering some issues with Ad Hoc Analysis being unresponsive on start-up, but I believe that is not a global issue.

Hi CunnYong,Would you mind posting a screen shot of the error you are receiving so other users can see if they are experiencing something similar? You also should open a ticket with Client Care with details of that error so they can investigate whether there is something specific causing that error. For your second question, my impression would be that you would want to use Day of the week (eVar 6) as that is going to have the value of day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc...) I would assume day...

Greetings, CunnYong:Do you have access to Ad Hoc Analysis (formerly known as Discover)? If so, your best bet is going to be to use the sequential segmentation feature within Ad Hoc Analysis. With this, you can use a time element in building your segments, where you would have the criteria of a visitor viewing your site on Monday, and THEN, after one visit but within one day, or one week, or whatever period of time you're interested in considering, comes back and views some other page, or takes s...

Hi MJ_1963,On how large a scale are you looking for when asking about a campaign creation/management tool? If you're looking for something to handle the management of all your campaigns, online and offline, I'd like to direct you to Adobe Campaign. If you're looking at something smaller scale, or just looking for a way to manage campaigns within Adobe Analytics, I (and others) may have other suggestions. Let us know a little more about what you're looking for and we'll be happy to help.

CunnYong,One thing you might try is to create a dashboard with the metrics you are interested in comparing, bringing the metrics into multiple reportlets, then selecting different date ranges for each reportlet. You could bring your metrics into as many reportlets as you need, for example, and set up different date ranges such as last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, etc...Just one idea, perhaps others will add more.

Nicole,Can you share a little more about the context you're looking for a with a pages per visit metric? In general, you could create a new calculated metric that uses the formula (page views / visits) and that would give you a pages per visit metric that could be used in various reports such as your campaign reports where you could see which campaigns lead to the most pages viewed per visit. If you're looking to get a pages per visit metric and look to see which of your visitors are consuming t...

Just as a follow up on this topic, Real Time Reports are now available within the Reports & Analytics UI in Adobe Analytics. You can configure three different real time reports, each with three dimensions for breakdowns. So, if you use the metric of "instances" for example, to see how many users are on your site at any given time, you could use the breakdown variables of Page (to see which pages are being viewed), Geolocation State (to see where visitors are coming from) and Referrer (to see whe...

Craig,Real time reporting is available via the API. Jan Exner has a great blog post describing how the API can be used for real time reporting here: http://webanalyticsfordevelopers.com/2013/09/10/real-time-reports-via-the-reporting-api/Full information about the method for accessing real time reports is available on the Developer Connection:https://developer.omniture.com/en_US/documentation/sitecatalyst-reporting/r-getrealtimereport

Try changing the report from a ranked report to a trended report, and then use "select items" to select the particular page you're interested in.

Would you be able to accomplish this by pulling up a Site Content --> Pages Report and then adding the metrics for "Form Start" and "Form Completions" and being able to see page by page how many instances of the form starts and form completions were completed? I've attached a screen shot as an example, in my example, I use the metrics of "Form Abandonment" and "Form Success" because that's what I have in my implementation of Adobe Analytics, but if you were collecting an event for form start, yo...

Following up on Gaurav's reply, perhaps a better option at this point (rather than the real-time dashboard) would be the new real time reports that is baked into Reports & Analytics. You can find documentation on setting up these new reports here: http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/reference/#RealTime_Reports

Anthony,I've confirmed that there is a known issue and our support teams have a case and are working on resolution. I am not in support, myself, so can't give a timeline for when it will be resolved. If you choose, you may consider opening a case of your own with Customer Care or your Account Manager so that the issue can receive more visibility. I will follow up if I learn anything new.

Anthony,I just attempted this on my instance of ClickMap and the problem is repeatable on my end, so it seems there is an issue with ClickMap. I will ask around internally here at Adobe and see if there is a known issue and will report back if I get any intel.Tyler
