Hi Sandeep,  You are receiving this exception while doing PUT operation to Salesforce. Please ensure that the integration user which you are using to connect to salesforce has the rights to do PUT operation.

Normally,headers and footers will be part of your template components and will not have 'dialog' so that authors cannot edit that component.As Scott mentioned, you can follow the link for best practice of developing the same.

Are you getting the this error when you trying to call the class from your bundle or any OOB Bundle class aswell  ?

Actually 'SendEmailProcess' throws 'WorkflowException' when anything fails which might be causing it to restart the complete workflow !!This looks like an issue. Can you please create a support ticket for the same.
