Adobe LiveCycle ES4 is no longer supported, I think. You'll probably have to contact Adobe for extended support. You might be able to open a support ticket through the regular support channel if you have AEM also. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful than this.   Dave Watts, Eidolon LLC
