are the qualified profiles available for activation to destination? when you do profile lookup for any of the qualified profiles does the audience show up under the tab segment membership? this is mostly a system issue, and you need to raise a support ticket to get it fixed.

 is the profileid which is available in profile lookup page, is that available to use in query service as well in any attribute from snapshot table or any other system table? 

queried the snapshot table and can see only profiles with less than 50 identities. profiles which were not available for segmentation (as they have 50+ identities) were either not available in snapshot table.

Thank you for the query @brekrut  Does profile snapshot table will have profiles with more than 50+ identities. my understanding was that profile snapshot will reflect the profiles as in profile store and so it wont have the profiles with 50+ identities.

Thanks for the information. Merge policy id (in UI) is not the same compared with a alpha numeric characters appended in dataset name of profile snapshot table. Not sure if there will be different id when we retrieve the merge policy using API.
