 I see same email address (but difference due to case sensitive) is marked as identities twice in the identity graph. is identities in the email namespace is case sensitive?

Hi @AnkitJasani29  Thanks for the information.  id what i see in _acp_system_metadata is not the same as visible in the profile lookup page. 

consider using computer attributes, and it is then available as an attribute which can be leveraged by marketers. if it can be calculated using query service then to an extent you can try to get it done using computed attributes.

you can even consider using profile snapshot table, which also has the details of qualified segments for each profile. or other way is to activate the audience to any file based destination and use the file for any downstream usage.

deleting a batch will only delete from data lake, not from profile store. and it takes may be an hour to delete it from data lake.

are the qualified profiles available for activation to destination? when you do profile lookup for any of the qualified profiles does the audience show up under the tab segment membership? this is mostly a system issue, and you need to raise a support ticket to get it fixed.

 is the profileid which is available in profile lookup page, is that available to use in query service as well in any attribute from snapshot table or any other system table? 

queried the snapshot table and can see only profiles with less than 50 identities. profiles which were not available for segmentation (as they have 50+ identities) were either not available in snapshot table.
