Description -the document upload notification email to say what folder the document was uploaded to. It would be nice to see that the document was uploaded to the "internal review" folder (in our case) and the project status doesn't need to change without having to go into the job and look each time...
Is there a way to add more fields to the project name? I want to force users to use a standard/consistent format for project names. Instead of just the project name, i want it to have something like: year, department, project title.
