Yes that is exactly what is happening. One designer uploaded original proof and a different designer make the change and recreated the proof. Thanks for the info. I'll have to look up the differences in the permissions for manager's vs supervisors. Thank you.

Does anyone know why the proofing tool would give you the error message "proof failed to generate", when the user is set to "Manager" vs "Supervisor in the users "proof permission profile"?If i change it to Supervisor it works, but if it's Manager i get the error message.
