That will show the version of specific page, adaptive forms are embedded like component in page.

In the workbench, we have option to revert the xdp to previous version. But for adaptive, I cant see any option for reverting to previous versions.  

Is this happening due to data in the first column? You need to wrap the column fields inside the subform and  allow the page break in  form and table.   If you still face issue after this, please share it on google drive(vkatoch07@gmail.com). I will have a look.
