Hi HeatherSc2,  You didn't indicate if this was a Project form, but you have CONCAT at the beginning but that is not formatted correctly.  Try just ={project:owner:name}

Hi Y'all,  I'm trying to group an issue report based on if one of the custom forms is a specific form.  I have the below so far, but it's only working IF the form I'm looking for is the first form attached. group.0.linkedname=categorygroup.0.namekey=view.relatedcolumngroup.0.namekeyargkey.0=category...

This has been talked about since Leap days.  I'm not sure why this has not been fixed.  @Madalyn_Destafney  thanks for the text mode, as always you hit it out of the park.

I'm wanting to create an external lookup field that will return the names of all the active Custom Forms.  I would prefer to have this so that reporting is easier.  

You should be able to get that without text mode by using  Converted request project ID 

Add a column to your report with this text displayname=Request Queue Projecttextmode=truevaluefield=project:convertedOpTask:project:namevalueformat=HTML
