We are looking into creating proof workflows to allow for more automize into our process. Our team has been using document approvals to facilitate the reviewing and approving process for assets. ...

This is something that would be beneficial to our internal customers who needs to approve assets as well. Without having a proof deadline it is confusing to our customers and doesn't give them the "sense of urgency" to approve on very time sensitive projects.
