Hi Ishan, Memo filed holding html values. Instead of memo i just used string value to populate the table in delivery its working fine and but only thing is string can hold upto 255 character. and i can able to print the values in loginfo using memo field. 

Hope the issue for memo field got resolved on your side. If so let me know how you can populate the values in memo field!
