My setup had some issue, corrected it and I was able to see tagcloud working as expected.

I had referred above blogs while setting up contextHub in my local. I found the solution myself for my above query. The tagcloud works fine now, but still facing issue with tagcloud UI module not appearing in contexthub toolbar.
