Thanks for your response! Summary section, minus the count column, is the look my stakeholders want but it doesn't look that way when the report is emailed to them on a monthly basis since it reverts to the detailed section view.

Could someone share the text mode needed to display the Project Actual Duration without "Days" in the result? This will save us a step in excel so we don't need to delete all the "days" in this column.
