  • sorry if I misunderstood. You said, “in calendar view. In other words, are they able to see which days of the year/month impact the project schedule?”. So I mentioned we can put our days off on a calendar. Yes, we can do this for every year. For us, we have a few working teams who like to see public...

  • I doubt it. One of the things about collections is that you cannot sort the collection information.  I didn't mention this before as it's an additional manual effort -- we created a project where each holiday was listed as a task, and then we created a calendar listing those task dates and shared wi...

This is a collection (please read more on collections here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/text-mode/reference-collections-report )-- sample code might look like this:displayname=Non Work ...

  • Mine is fine (I’m using email and password to login). Without knowing anything about your setup: have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Else a call to Support might be the fast resolution.

  • we currently have the outlook plug in and SSO in via microsoft authenticator. We’re in the middle of transitioning to admin console and I tried to use outlook plug in with our sandbox, which is what we transitioned first. It works fine with no issue. You just get sent to the adobe log in screen.

  • Not to state the obvious … but you could also play with the Outlook rules to see if you can configure them to forward the message or autoreply to workfront comments.

  • A slew sounds like a lot. Is it possible it’s happening to more requesters than just you? Any chance you can get a little admin help? If this was going on in my instance, I’d at least set up time to coach my users to change their filter to one that filters out all the “rubbish” (i.e. use a different...

  • The known issues page is here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-known-issues/issues/new-workfront-experience/newworkfrontexperience However whether or not it’s listed, I always recommend you submit your own case. The more they get, the higher the priority of the problem and the fa...

  • I haven’t seen it before but I would suggest to clear cookies and cache or have them try a different browser. Also, are you sure they’re brand new?
