Depending on the language we sent newsletter campaigns the signs «example» are automatically changed into "example" which I don't want to happen. Why does this happen and how can I prevent this?

Does Adobe Campaign Classic have ab option for campaign capping across channels?e.g. 1 message a day/ 3 a week and 10 a year?
