Yes - the task approval process I've created is under a specific group and that project was already shared with that group.

I'm currently trying to choose a pre-set task approval process that we have created but when I go to approvals on my task, the "use existing" is grayed out. I've recently used this so I'm not sure what I'm missing that is not allowing for my pre-set task approval processes not to show to pick from??

We used to have all single asset forms then combined them into one due the pressure of people wanting to request multi asset types on one form. Now that seems like too much. Looking into options - Fusion perhaps.

Thanks - I am not looking for alphabetic order but to have the status in the order of importance to the user. For instance "complete" would be at the top before "current" in alphabetical order. I was hoping to have "current" and "rush" projects, the open statuses at the top and "complete" and "dead"...
