Recently we have upgraded Guides to 4.6.0 and unnecessarily the "open in framemaker" option is appearing in XMLEditor configuration. Also we have disabled in the XMLEditorConfig, still the option is showing in the dropdown.

@DivrajSingh , We have multiple running workflow instances the DAM Update Asset workflow. Is there any chance running workflows will cause this issue?
