There are no error logs.The page displays properly in Firefox.Only on Chrome the issue happens and only on one page that uses Jakarta poi to upload and download excel files.I will check the scripts on the page and reply.

Thanks a lot for your reply.We run the commands for removing the reference points as per aem documentation.java -Dtar.memoryMapped=true -Dupdate.limit=10000000 -Dcompress-interval=50000000 -Xmsvalue -Xmxvalue -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -XX:HeapDumpPath=path -jar /proj/cpmd/oak-run-1.8.2.jar compact storepathThe offline tar compact is more effective since this increases the performance. We will try tail tar optimization with full optimization.

Thanks a lot for taking up this quickly.The drop down is the market drop down that is part of the application.The user selects the market and select other menus on the page.He duplicates browser tab and creates another page.so during this operation intermittently the market that he selected changes to default value.The same code on 6.1 worked fine and we did not face the issue.Please can you advise if any configuration changes need to be done.
