This issue resolved after make use of Export-Package in bnd-pluginExport-Package 

 local AEM cloud sdk jar 

i have already have entry for that and i'm able to see in crx, but in system/consolesystem/console look like this not resolved

template folder itself not seen under /apps.

i have added in filter.xml too and apps package got installed.
