I am trying to change 'Published' and 'Unpublished' and I thought it was located at /libs/cq/gui/content/common/options/predicates/publish but when I try to overlay the node, nothings changes. Can someone tell me where it is located?  

I am trying to edit the title here from 'Unpublish Page' to 'Activate Page.' How do I create an overlay that can edit this dialog box?
