Upvote. This is a pretty critical flaw in my opinion. The Recents list make sense, but I always have the max of 40 favorites (would love to see that limit increased, btw) so to find a job means constantly clicking "View 10 more." This is a waste of time and alphabetizing makes 10000 times more sense...
