@Rajneesh_Gautam_ @Jagpreet_Singh  @Amelia_Waliany  We just realized that "Deactivate" is not considered "Last_Modified" - so if a user Deactivates an Activity, it does not come through in the "Last_Modified" It should be!   Also, in the Change Log API - STATUS, should be included with STATE.

Please add to the Target Admin API "List Activities" endpoint a param/value pair with "modifiedBy" that would correspond with the already-existing "modifiedAt" param/value pair.
