Thanks Rafal,I wasn't thinking that it would still show in the unassigned area due to it being "assigned" to the team but now it makes perfect sense!

We often have our tasks assigned to a team and then the members of those teams will look at the team requests to select the tasks they will work on. From what I can tell the Workload Balancer and Planner in the Resourcing area will only show hours assigned to the individual, which could be deceiving...

Are you trying to have it remain a proof to add comments on? If not, you could download a proof from a previous job and then upload as a document into your request.

I believe if you are assigned to the request this should do the trick. Under your user notification settings, Information about Work Assigned to Me -> Documents are uploaded or changed on requests I'm assigned to.
