Good question, I don't know the answer.I too have found several issues - I'll be reporting these to Adobe soon and hopefully we'll see improvement!

I just heard from an Adobe source that the rearrange feature has, in fact, been removed from the latest version of Target's Visual Experience Composer. I hope they put it back in!

Can property tokens be omitted for Target Premium accounts too, or are they required?
