  • Hi Anthony, I'm always up for a nerd challenge! This is actually relatively easy, but you wouldn't know it because the field you need isn't in the report creator anywhere (or if it is, my eyes crossed before I saw it!). • Hi Catherine, Maybe you could come about it a slightly different way: actualCompletionDate=FIELD:plannedCompletionDate actualCompletionDate_Mod=gt This doesn't allow you any granular control like daysLate=5 would (as an example), but I think it may get rid of your zeros...haven't thoroughly tested, ...

  • Hi Stephanie, I think you're on the right track, but you might try this instead: displayname=HrMin textmode=true valueexpression=CONCAT(FLOOR({actualWorkRequired}/60)," Hours ",SUB({actualWorkRequired},PROD(FLOOR({actualWorkRequired}/60),60))," Minutes") valueformat=HTML (Sigh...where's a good Excel...

  • Hi Anthony, The following works on a project report for the data in my environment: EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=NOTEXISTS EXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=ASSGN EXISTS:a:projectID=FIELD:ID status=CUR status_Mod=in However, I'm not sure if this is what you indicated won't work in yours due to a lack of certain objects? O...

  • Hi Alex, If I'm looking at this correctly, I think you're just missing opening and closing parenthesis for each of your "SUM" functions. So for example... (SUM{plannedRevenue},{plannedExpenseCost}) should be (SUM({plannedRevenue},{plannedExpenseCost})) Kathy Kathy

  • Hi Nick! Please try the following. I believe this is what you're looking for. displayname=MANAGERS textmode=true valueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({assignedTo}.{homeTeam}.{ID}), {team}.{owner}.{name}, {assignedTo}.{homeTeam}.{owner}.{name}) valueformat=HTML Kathy

  • Hi Brenda. Honestly, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work. It does work for a date field I have on a custom form. Is it just showing a blank column, or is it giving you the wrong date?

  • Oops! I also meant to add...please make sure your "Date project went Current" field is a "Date" type field on your custom form. Otherwise, this will not work properly.

  • Hi Dipam, Fair warning that I don't usually deal with cost data in projects. However, here's what I would do: Create an Expense report Use the following text mode for your cost differences: aggregator.displayformat=currencyStringCurrencyRounded aggregator.function=SUM aggregator.valueexpression={pla...
