 Hi @HazelNB, The Task Assigned To ID restricts the result (1:1) to the Primary Assignee, vs the (1:many) Assignments ID(s), so if the user in question (or $$USER.ID, more generically) is Assigned to a Task but is NOT the Primary Assignee, that Task would be excluded, which might explain your sporad...
